Youngstown - A man who neighbors said told children he was Santa Claus was formally charged Monday with having child pornography after law enforcement raided his home on Friday.
William Brock Sr., 65, was charged Monday with 25 counts of second-degree felony pandering obscenity involving a minor in Niles Municipal Court after the state’s Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation said they did not plan to file charges against Brock on Monday.
Are the neighbors really surprised by this? You got a guy walking around the middle of August, telling kids he's Santa Clause. If you tell me a guy dressed as Santa Clause all year round is doing this for any other reason but to get some sick satisfaction, I'm floored. Honestly, any other outcome to this guys life, but this, would have sent me to all out shock.
